Política de privacidad de Luneyo

Luneyo es un diario personal que escuchas: cuentas tu día en voz alta y Luneyo lo escribe con tus palabras. Esta política explica qué datos trata la app, dónde se quedan, quién más los ve y qué puedes hacer con ellos.

En corto:

• Tu diario vive en tu móvil. No hay cuentas, ni anuncios, ni analítica de Luneyo.
• Tus fotos, tus vídeos y las caras de tus fotos nunca salen del móvil por Luneyo.
• Solo sale lo que tú decides mandar a la IA en la nube, y lo procesan proveedores que no entrenan con ello. El servidor de Luneyo no lo guarda.
• Puedes usar Luneyo entero sin que tu diario salga del móvil: elige "IA en el móvil" en Ajustes.
• Puedes borrar todo cuando quieras, y escribirnos para cualquier cosa.

1. Quién es el responsable

Luneyo lo hace una sola persona. No hay delegado de protección de datos porque la ley no lo exige en este caso; escribe al correo de arriba y te contesto yo.

2. Lo que se queda en tu móvil

Esto se guarda solo en tu dispositivo. Luneyo no lo recibe y no puede verlo:

• Tus recuerdos: el texto, las notas de voz, las fotos y los vídeos, la fecha, el lugar, el tiempo, el estado de ánimo, las personas, la canción y las etiquetas.
• Tus personas, álbumes, propósitos, cartas al futuro, tu lista de cosas por hacer, las "Palabras de tu diario" y tus ajustes.
• Los modelos de IA que descargas para usar Luneyo sin conexión.
• Las huellas de las caras, si activas "Caras en tus fotos" (sección 8).

Si desinstalas la app, todo esto se borra del móvil. Por eso Luneyo te recuerda hacer una copia (sección 9).

3. Lo que sale de tu móvil, y cuándo

3.1 A través del servidor de Luneyo

Cada uno de estos servicios trata tu IP y esos datos según su propia política. Luneyo no recibe nada de ellos.

4. El servidor de Luneyo: qué guarda y cuánto

• No guarda tus notas de voz, tu texto, tus preguntas ni tus resúmenes. Los recibe, los pasa al proveedor y te devuelve el resultado. El clip de voz se escribe un momento en una carpeta temporal y se borra al terminar la petición.
• Guarda un contador por identificador de instalación: minutos de voz, preguntas, recuerdos escritos y coste estimado de cada mes, y la fecha de inicio de tu prueba. Se borra tras 13 meses sin uso.
• Guarda un contador por IP y día para frenar abusos. Se borra al cambiar de mes.
• Registros técnicos sin contenido: ruta, código de respuesta, tiempo, tamaño, plan y un trozo del identificador de instalación (o de la IP, si la llamada no lo trae). Nunca el texto, el audio, las preguntas ni los nombres. Los guarda el proveedor de alojamiento [NÚMERO] días.
• Está alojado en [HOSTING: Render, en Fráncfort (Alemania), o Railway, en Ámsterdam (Países Bajos)], dentro de la Unión Europea.

5. Proveedores que trabajan para Luneyo (encargados del tratamiento)

Solo uso proveedores que no entrenan sus modelos con tus datos:

Con cada uno se aplican sus condiciones para empresas y su acuerdo de tratamiento de datos. Los que están en EE. UU. tratan los datos con las garantías del Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. cuando están adheridos, o con las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea.

No uso la API oficial de DeepSeek ni ningún proveedor que entrene con tus datos por defecto.

6. Para qué y con qué base legal

Luneyo no toma decisiones automatizadas que tengan efectos legales sobre ti. La IA escribe textos para ti; nada más.

7. Lo que cuentas puede ser muy personal

En un diario se habla de salud, de amor, de creencias, de otras personas. Son datos especialmente protegidos. Por eso:

• Cuando eliges "IA en la nube" (en el inicio o en Ajustes), das tu consentimiento explícito para que lo que cuentes se procese en la nube solo para darte el servicio.
• Puedes retirarlo cuando quieras pasando a "IA en el móvil" o "Sin IA". Desde ese momento no se envía nada más. Lo que ya se procesó no se guarda en el servidor de Luneyo.
• Lo que cuentas de otras personas también es suyo. Usa Luneyo para tu diario personal.

8. Caras en tus fotos

"Caras en tus fotos" es opcional y está apagado por defecto. Si lo activas:

• Luneyo busca caras en las fotos de tus recuerdos y calcula una huella numérica de cada una en tu móvil.
• Las huellas y sus nombres se guardan solo en tu móvil, cifradas con una clave del propio Android, no entran en ninguna copia (ni la de Luneyo ni la de Android) y no se envían nunca a ningún servidor.
• La detección usa ML Kit de Google, que funciona en el móvil y manda a Google solo datos técnicos de la librería (sección 3.2), nunca las fotos ni las caras.
• Afecta también a las personas que salen en tus fotos. No etiquetes a nadie que no quiera.
• Puedes borrar todas las huellas cuando quieras desde la pantalla de Caras. Apagarlo las borra.

9. Copias de seguridad

• La copia de Luneyo (.zip, texto o Markdown) la creas tú y la guardas donde quieras: tu almacenamiento, Google Drive, el correo. Luneyo no la recibe. El .zip lleva tus recuerdos, fotos, notas de voz y personas sin cifrar: guárdalo en un sitio de confianza.
• La copia de Android: si tienes activada la copia de seguridad de Google en tu móvil, Android puede guardar los datos de la app en tu cuenta de Google y devolverlos en un móvil nuevo. Las huellas de las caras quedan fuera. Lo gestiona Google con tu cuenta; Luneyo no la recibe ni puede verla. Puedes apagarla en los ajustes de Android.
• La copia en la nube de Luneyo Plus todavía no existe. Antes de que llegue, esta política se actualizará.

10. Compras (Luneyo Plus)

Los pagos los cobra Google Play. Luneyo recibe, a través de RevenueCat, el estado de tu suscripción y un identificador anónimo (el de tu instalación), nunca los datos de tu tarjeta. Durante la prueba cerrada no hay pagos.

11. Permisos del móvil

• Micrófono: grabar tus notas de voz.
• Ubicación, mientras usas la app: poner el lugar y el tiempo a un recuerdo. Opcional. Luneyo no usa tu ubicación en segundo plano.
• Cámara: hacer una foto desde un recuerdo. La foto se queda en el móvil.
• Fotos: las eliges tú con el selector del sistema; Luneyo no ve toda tu galería. En móviles antiguos (Android 12 o anterior) usa el permiso de almacenamiento para lo mismo.
• Notificaciones: recordatorios locales y opcionales. Por defecto, como mucho uno al día (puedes subirlo hasta tres) y ninguno en tus horas de silencio.
• Huella: el bloqueo de la app. Lo gestiona Android; Luneyo no recibe tu huella.
• Internet: la IA en la nube, el tiempo, los mapas y las descargas de modelos.

13. Tus derechos

Puedes acceder a tus datos, corregirlos, borrarlos, oponerte o limitar su tratamiento, llevártelos y retirar tu consentimiento cuando quieras.

• En la app: edita o borra cualquier recuerdo; exporta todo con la copia; apaga la nube, la ubicación o las caras en Ajustes. Borrar la app borra todo lo que hay en el móvil.
• En el servidor: escribe a [CORREO DE PRIVACIDAD] con tu ID de instalación (Ajustes > Acerca de > ID de instalación) y borro su contador. Como no hay cuentas, ese número es la única forma de encontrar tus datos en el servidor. Contesto en menos de un mes.
• Si crees que algo no está bien, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid) o la autoridad de tu país.

14. Menores

Luneyo es para mayores de 18 años. No está pensada para menores ni se dirige a ellos. Si eres padre, madre o tutor y crees que un menor la usa con la nube, escríbeme con el ID de instalación y borro su contador.

15. Cómo se protegen tus datos

• Todo lo que sale del móvil va cifrado en tránsito (HTTPS).
• Las claves de los proveedores de IA viven solo en el servidor, nunca en la app.
• Cada instalación usa un token firmado por el servidor; el servidor decide el plan, no la app.
• Los registros del servidor no llevan contenido.
• Las huellas de las caras van cifradas con una clave del Android Keystore.
• Puedes poner un bloqueo con huella a la app.
• Tu diario está protegido por el almacenamiento privado de la app y por el cifrado de tu propio móvil. Pon un bloqueo de pantalla.

16. Lo que no hago

• No hay cuentas ni contraseñas.
• No hay anuncios. No vendo ni alquilo datos. No hay seguimiento entre apps ni ID de publicidad.
• No uso tu diario para entrenar modelos de IA, ni dejo que lo hagan los proveedores.
• No leo tu diario. No puedo: no lo tengo.

17. La web luneyo.app

• La web no usa cookies ni seguimiento entre webs. Las fuentes y las imágenes se sirven desde la propia web.
• Para saber qué partes de la experiencia sobran, contamos de forma anónima cuántas personas llegan a cada parte, y de qué web vienen (solo el dominio, por ejemplo instagram.com). Nunca tus respuestas, tu nombre ni tu edad. El servidor de Luneyo solo guarda totales por día: no guarda tu IP (solo la mira, unos minutos y en memoria, para frenar abusos), ni un identificador, ni tu navegador. Si tu navegador pide que no te sigan (Do Not Track o Control Global de Privacidad), no se cuenta nada.
• Al llegar al ticket, un contador anónimo suma uno para imprimir tu número ("Persona nº 1.234 en hacerlo") y tu código, que sale de ese número. La petición no lleva nada tuyo y el servidor solo guarda el total: ni tu IP, ni un identificador, ni tus respuestas, ni el código.
• Si completas la experiencia, tu código de fundador se guarda en tu navegador para que no lo pierdas. No se envía a ningún sitio hasta que tú lo escribes en la app.
• Si pides que te recordemos tu compromiso por correo, tu correo se usa solo para eso y lo envía [PROVEEDOR DE CORREO, por ejemplo Brevo, UE]. Puedes darte de baja en cada correo. Mientras ese envío no esté activo, el correo no sale de tu navegador.

18. Cambios

Si cambio algo importante (por ejemplo, un proveedor nuevo o la copia en la nube), lo avisaré en la app antes de que se aplique y cambiaré la fecha de arriba. Las versiones anteriores están disponibles a petición.

Luneyo is a personal diary you talk to: you say your day out loud and Luneyo writes it down in your own words. This policy explains what data the app handles, where it stays, who else sees it and what you can do about it.

In short:

• Your diary lives on your phone. No accounts, no ads, no Luneyo analytics.
• Your photos, your videos and the faces in your photos never leave the phone through Luneyo.
• Only what you choose to send to cloud AI leaves it, handled by providers that do not train on it. The Luneyo server does not keep it.
• You can use all of Luneyo without your diary leaving the phone: choose "On-device AI" in Settings.
• You can delete everything whenever you want, and write to me about anything.

1. Who is responsible

Luneyo is made by one person. There is no data protection officer because the law does not require one here; write to the address above and I will answer myself.

2. What stays on your phone

Stored only on your device. Luneyo does not receive it and cannot see it:

• Your memories: text, voice notes, photos and videos, date, place, weather, mood, people, song and tags.
• Your people, albums, purposes, future letters, bucket list, "Words of your diary" and settings.
• The AI models you download to use Luneyo offline.
• Face fingerprints, if you turn on "Faces in your photos" (section 8).

If you uninstall the app, all of this is deleted from the phone. That is why Luneyo reminds you to make a backup (section 9).

3. What leaves your phone, and when

Each of these services handles your IP and that data under its own policy. Luneyo receives nothing from them.

4. The Luneyo server: what it keeps and for how long

• It does not keep your voice notes, text, questions or recaps. It receives them, passes them to the provider and returns the result. The voice clip is written briefly to a temporary folder and deleted when the request ends.
• It keeps a counter per install identifier: voice minutes, questions, written memories and estimated cost each month, and your trial start date. Deleted after 13 months without use.
• It keeps a counter per IP and day to stop abuse. Deleted when the month changes.
• Technical logs without content: route, response code, time, size, plan and part of the install identifier (or of the IP, when the call has none). Never the text, audio, questions or names. The hosting provider keeps them for [NUMBER] days.
• It is hosted by [HOSTING: Render, in Frankfurt (Germany), or Railway, in Amsterdam (Netherlands)], inside the European Union.

5. Providers working for Luneyo (processors)

I only use providers that do not train their models on your data:

Each one works under its business terms and data processing agreement. Those in the USA handle data under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where they are certified, or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

I do not use the official DeepSeek API or any provider that trains on your data by default.

6. Purposes and legal basis

Luneyo makes no automated decisions with legal effects on you. The AI writes text for you; nothing else.

7. What you tell can be very personal

A diary talks about health, love, beliefs and other people. That is specially protected data. So:

• When you choose "Cloud AI" (at the start or in Settings), you give your explicit consent for what you tell to be processed in the cloud only to provide the service.
• You can withdraw it at any time by switching to "On-device AI" or "No AI". From then on nothing else is sent. What was already processed is not kept on the Luneyo server.
• What you tell about other people is theirs too. Use Luneyo for your personal diary.

8. Faces in your photos

"Faces in your photos" is optional and off by default. If you turn it on:

• Luneyo finds faces in the photos of your memories and computes a numeric fingerprint of each one on your phone.
• Fingerprints and their names are stored only on your phone, encrypted with a key of Android itself, are left out of every backup (Luneyo's and Android's) and are never sent to any server.
• Detection uses Google's ML Kit, which runs on the phone and sends Google only technical data about the library (section 3.2), never photos or faces.
• It also concerns the people in your photos. Do not tag anyone who would not want it.
• You can delete every fingerprint at any time from the Faces screen. Turning it off deletes them.

9. Backups

• Luneyo's backup (.zip, text or Markdown) is made by you and saved wherever you want: your storage, Google Drive, email. Luneyo does not receive it. The .zip holds your memories, photos, voice notes and people unencrypted: keep it somewhere you trust.
• Android's backup: if Google backup is on in your phone, Android may store the app's data in your Google account and bring it back on a new phone. Face fingerprints are left out. Google runs it with your account; Luneyo does not receive it or see it. You can turn it off in Android settings.
• The Luneyo Plus cloud backup does not exist yet. This policy will be updated before it does.

10. Purchases (Luneyo Plus)

Payments are charged by Google Play. Through RevenueCat, Luneyo receives the status of your subscription and an anonymous identifier (your install's), never your card details. There are no payments during the closed test.

11. Phone permissions

• Microphone: record your voice notes.
• Location, while you use the app: add the place and weather to a memory. Optional. Luneyo does not use your location in the background.
• Camera: take a photo from a memory. The photo stays on the phone.
• Photos: you pick them with the system picker; Luneyo does not see your whole gallery. On older phones (Android 12 or earlier) the storage permission is used for the same thing.
• Notifications: local and optional reminders. By default at most one a day (you can raise it to three) and none in your quiet hours.
• Fingerprint: the app lock. Android handles it; Luneyo never receives your fingerprint.
• Internet: cloud AI, weather, maps and model downloads.

13. Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict its processing, take it with you and withdraw your consent at any time.

• In the app: edit or delete any memory; export everything with the backup; turn off the cloud, location or faces in Settings. Deleting the app deletes everything on the phone.
• On the server: write to [PRIVACY EMAIL] with your install ID (Settings > About > Install ID) and I will delete its counter. With no accounts, that number is the only way to find your data on the server. I answer within one month.
• If you think something is wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid) or the authority in your country.

14. Children

Luneyo is for adults 18 and over. It is not designed for or aimed at children. If you are a parent or guardian and think a minor uses it with the cloud, write to me with the install ID and I will delete its counter.

15. How your data is protected

• Everything that leaves the phone is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
• AI provider keys live only on the server, never in the app.
• Each install uses a token signed by the server; the server decides the plan, not the app.
• Server logs carry no content.
• Face fingerprints are encrypted with an Android Keystore key.
• You can lock the app with your fingerprint.
• Your diary is protected by the app's private storage and your phone's own encryption. Use a screen lock.

16. What I do not do

• No accounts, no passwords.
• No ads. I do not sell or rent data. No cross-app tracking and no advertising ID.
• I do not use your diary to train AI models, and I do not let providers do it.
• I do not read your diary. I cannot: I do not have it.

17. The luneyo.app website

• The website uses no cookies and no cross-site tracking. Fonts and images are served from the site itself.
• To learn which parts of the experience are too long, we count anonymously how many people reach each part, and which site they came from (the domain only, for example instagram.com). Never your answers, your name or your age. The Luneyo server keeps only daily totals: not your IP (it only looks at it, for a few minutes and in memory, to stop abuse), not an identifier, not your browser. If your browser asks not to be tracked (Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control), nothing is counted.
• When you reach the ticket, an anonymous counter adds one to print your number ("Person no. 1,234 to do this") and your code, which comes from that number. The request carries nothing of yours and the server keeps only the total: not your IP, not an identifier, not your answers, not the code.
• If you finish the experience, your founder code is saved in your browser so you do not lose it. It is not sent anywhere until you type it into the app.
• If you ask to be reminded of your commitment by email, your email is used only for that and sent by [EMAIL PROVIDER, for example Brevo, EU]. You can unsubscribe in every email. Until that sending is active, the email never leaves your browser.

18. Changes

If I change something important (for example, a new provider or the cloud backup), I will say so in the app before it applies and change the date above. Earlier versions are available on request.
